1. Return & Refund Eligibility

If your issue does not fall under the above categories, unfortunately, we will not be able to process a return or refund.


2. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.


3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • If the wrong size was sent

  • If the product is a non-clothing item

  • If the product is not customized or personalized

Please note:

  • Customized or personalized products cannot be exchanged

  • Clothing items (except for wrong size cases sent by us) are generally not eligible for exchange


4. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange:

  • Products that are correctly delivered as ordered

  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products returned after the 30-day return window


5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your payment provider)

If the return is rejected after inspection, the item may be sent back to you.


6. Return Shipping

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs, unless the error was on our part

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, size, color, or defective product), we may cover or reimburse shipping costs

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue

  3. Wait for approval and further instructions before sending the item back

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
